Paola Hartung

Two years at the leadership of Regulatory Affairs Area. She is a Civil Electrical Engineer by profession, with 16 years of work experience in the public and private sectors of the Chilean energy market.

She is an industrial civil engineer from Universidad de los Andes with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, commercial, and innovation areas, both in retail and the energy sector.

Currently, she is leading the innovation area for AES's International Business Unit, a critical role in creating new energy solutions and achieving our purpose of accelerating the future of energy.

She has been working in the Chilean electricity market for almost seven years and interacting with multiple mining and industrial customers. She joined AES Chile last year, as commercial manager. In this position she has been in charge of energy sales to industrial customers, negotiations with mining customers and trading agreements between generating companies.

Francisco Javier Jáuregui Alonso

He has been working in international electricity markets for 16 years and since 2017 he has been based in Chile, developing various renewable projects.

Norberto Corredor

Electric Engineer from Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela, he has experience of over 34 years in energy sector. He currently holds the position of Operations Officer and is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of a total of 3.6 GW installed throughout the country.

A Civil Electrician Engineer from Universidad de Chile, with 25 years of work with AES, he has led several operational, commercial and business development initiatives that have contributed to the company's sustained growth.

Cristina Cáceres

Cristina began her work in the maintenance at ​​AES Colombia as an intern. At that time, she was the first and only woman who worked in that area at the Chivor power plant.

Diego Cárdenas

Diego joined the AES team as one of the youngest mechanical technicians on the team. Since 2016, Diego has proven to be a great team member and a tireless worker who carries out his work with determination and high quality standards.
