She has been working in the Chilean electricity market for almost seven years and interacting with multiple mining and industrial customers. She joined AES Chile last year, as commercial manager. In this position she has been in charge of energy sales to industrial customers, negotiations with mining customers and trading agreements between generating companies.

For Josefina "our customers move and challenge us to anticipate and find solutions tailored to their needs". She believes that the recent successful negotiations have been "the result of a strong push, teamwork and cross-area efforts, which are key for achieving our long term goals".
