She is an industrial civil engineer from Universidad de los Andes with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, commercial, and innovation areas, both in retail and the energy sector.

Currently, she is leading the innovation area for AES's International Business Unit, a critical role in creating new energy solutions and achieving our purpose of accelerating the future of energy.

In addition, she actively participates in female leadership entities and is committed to incorporating gender policies in organizations.

With a restless spirit and a focus on people, she believes that the success of companies is based on highly motivated and inspired teams. "Before, it was believed that with the right strategy and a good business plan, good results could be achieved. Today, we know that's not enough.
